What is the Tobacco Free Guam (TFG) Quitline?

A telephone based Quitline System for the island of Guam which provides counseling, information, educational and support materials, pharmacotherapy or Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), follow-up support for callers who are ready to quit or are contemplating to quit smoking. FREE OF CHARGE.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Callers can talk with a live counselor

Tuesday - Saturday 12 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Sunday and Monday 12 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Call the toll-free number and talk to a Quitline staff. You will be asked a few questions and then you will get the help that is just right for you. You can get information sent to you in the mail, a counseling session, and a referral to resources in your community.
